Campbeltown

Campbeltown  is one of the best natural harbours on the West Coast of Scotland. Visiting yachts can moor at the pontoon (fresh water and electricity hook-up), courtesy of the Campbeltown Berthing Company. The “Wee Town”, as it is known is well supplied with watering holes for thirsty sailors, restaurants to feed the hungry, 2 supermarkets to replenish supplies and a ships chandler (Admiralty chart agent). We also have one of the oldest cinemas in the country if you fancy an evening at the pictures.

Showers are available at the "Aqualibrium" (combined swimming pool, fitness centre and library) only a stone's throw from the pontoon.

The following facilities are also usually available: Fuel (Petrol and Diesel in cans), Gas, Gaz, Supermarkets (Tesco and Co-op), public toilets, several bars and hotels, post office, laundrettes, airport (twice daily flights to Glasgow, weekdays only), tourist office, hardware stores, dentist, GP surgery, A&E. There are timber blocks for drying out on public slipway.
